Hi Gareth, just a quick note to say ‘ Thank You’ for your efforts today. As I said, I was just delighted to hear from you that you undertook window lock assignments as well as the more normal door / gate locks and also that you could fit us in so quickly after I contacted you. That, and the excellent and very professional job you did today in replacing the works of the old Everest lock, is greatly appreciated, not to mention the added bit of invaluable help in retrieving the torch from deep down by the water softener !
